Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Scoutly, a SaaS tool for monitoring marketplace listings, creating search monitors and receiving alerts. By creating an account, using the website or application, starting a trial or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use Scoutly.

Scoutly helps users monitor public marketplace listings based on selected keywords, filters and preferences. Scoutly may display listing previews, alert history, monitor status, subscription information and related dashboard features.

Scoutly does not sell marketplace items, does not own or control third-party listings and is not a party to any transaction between users and sellers on external platforms.

Scoutly does not place orders, reserve items, negotiate, message sellers or act as your agent.

To use Scoutly, you may need to create an account and confirm your email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to purchase a paid subscription.

Scoutly may offer a free trial or limited free access. A free trial allows you to test selected Scoutly features for a limited time without purchasing a paid subscription.

Trial duration, monitor limits and available features may be limited and may differ from paid plans. When a trial expires, access to monitors, alerts or dashboard features may be reduced or disabled unless you choose a paid plan.

Free trials or limited free access may be changed, suspended or discontinued where necessary to protect the service, prevent abuse or improve Scoutly.

Paid plans are billed as recurring subscriptions unless stated otherwise at checkout. Subscription prices, billing periods, included features and monitor limits are shown before purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout. Scoutly does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal. Unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Scoutly, cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the unused part of a billing period.

If you have a billing issue, technical problem or complaint, contact us at support@scoutly.tools. We will review reasonable requests in good faith.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

Scoutly depends on third-party services and public data from external marketplaces. External platforms may change their websites, APIs, rules, availability or access restrictions at any time.

Scoutly is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected to Vinted or any other marketplace unless clearly stated. All third-party names, trademarks and listings belong to their respective owners.

You are responsible for complying with the terms, rules and policies of any third-party marketplace you use.

You agree to use Scoutly only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the service, other users or third-party platforms.

Scoutly is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, instant delivery, complete listing coverage or error-free alerts.

Listings may disappear, change price, become unavailable or be inaccurate before or after Scoutly detects them. Scoutly does not guarantee financial results, resale profit or that any listing will be available when you open it.

We may suspend or terminate access to Scoutly if we reasonably believe that an account violates these Terms, creates security risk, abuses the service, fails to pay required fees or causes legal or operational issues.

You may stop using Scoutly at any time. Some account, billing or technical records may be retained where required for security, legal, accounting or operational reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scoutly is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, marketplace account restrictions, third-party outages or decisions you make based on alerts or listing data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when Scoutly changes, legal requirements change or new features are added. The updated date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

If a change is material, we may provide notice in the app, by email or by another reasonable method. Continued use of Scoutly after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
